Rather large. I bought these for a patient who has end stage Parkinsons, a lot of dribbling/hypersalivation. It doesn't soak up the saliva. I bought the toweling bibs which were great but they are a bit expensive as the staff were sending them back to Christchurch Hospital Laundry so they were "lost in the system" sadly. We have cut them to size but a bit of a disappointment.
